Prior to joining Ryken & Associates, Kishen worked for some well known Barristers in Auckland. He is a graduate from the University of Auckland where he earned degrees in Commerce, Health Sciences and Law. While a student, he was involved with organisations promoting social justice and takes a keen interest in social issues and politics. His primary areas of practise at present are civil, criminal, immigration and refugee law. Outside of work Kishen is a keen footballer, and enjoys reading, music and running.
